Technical features
The GALI-CRANE is easy to install, optimising on-site operation time. Its luffing system offers both hydraulic and electric options, adapting effectively to the specific requirements of each project. We also offer customisable models, including a standard version and variants tailored to particular requirements, ensuring maximum flexibility.
The GALI-CRANE is operated via remote control, either wireless or cabled, ensuring comfortable and versatile handling. Its electric slewing system enables precise load positioning, improving efficiency during lifting operations. In terms of safety, the crane is equipped with advanced functions such as the Anti-Overload Protection System (AOPS), the Hook Overload Protection System (HOPS) and the Mechanical Overload Protection System (MOPS), all designed to guarantee operational safety in critical environments. Slack-rope protection systems are also included to minimise the risk of failure during lifting.
Technical specifications
The GALI-CRANE’s reach ranges from 3 to 10 metres, adapting to the particular specifications of each client. Its load capacity is variable, ranging from 1 to 5 tonnes, and is designed to comply with the demanding standards of the offshore-wind sector. Electrical power is supplied via a 3×400 VAC – 50 Hz connection, ensuring efficient energy supply with an approximate consumption of 11 kW.
The equipment operates within a temperature range of -10 to +40 °C, guaranteeing reliability under diverse climatic conditions. It is also effective in conditions of up to 2.0 metres significant wave height in accordance with the Safe Working Load (SWL), and can operate in winds of up to 15 m/s, ensuring functionality in challenging environments.
